We are happy to share that Hurricane Milton moved out of Florida around 4 a.m. today! Though we experienced strong winds and heavy rain until 6 a.m., the skies are now peaceful, and we are pleased to report that there has been no significant damage to our properties or communities as of 1:30 p.m. 🌈

🚨 The curfew ended at 10 a.m., and the hurricane watch has been lifted as of 1:30 p.m. MCO is preparing to reopen soon, and the major parks are planning to return to normal operations by tomorrow!

🏡 For our owners, only 1.4% of our units experienced minor issues due to the rain, and we are already addressing these with our team and warranty providers—everything is under control. Rest assured, your properties are in great hands!
