Payment Policy

  • A deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation,
  • The remaining balance of 80% is due 30 days prior to the check-in date,
  • We accept payment via major credit cards and debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible,
  • If the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date, we will refund your deposit in full,
  • If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the check-in date, the deposit will be forfeited,
  • No refunds will be given for early departures, no-shows, breach of policy, or failure to complete the online pre-check-in process.

Check-in Instructions

  • At the time of booking, we will provide you with access to our Guest App, where you can view your reservation details and sign the rental agreement using your confirmation number,
  • We require a copy of your government-issued ID and a valid credit card for regulatory purposes,
  • Two days before your arrival, we will send you the full directions and check-in instructions via the Guest App, including the Wi-Fi details, address, gate codes, and home codes needed to access your vacation home,
  • Our vacation homes are fully automated for your comfort and safety,
  • Please make sure to login to the Guest App before your arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

  • In order to protect our properties and ensure a positive experience for our guests, all of our vacation homes require a Refundable Damage Deposit (RDD),
  • The RDD is collected 2 days prior to the time of arrival and is fully refundable within 7 business days of departure, provided that no damage to the property or its contents has occurred,
  • The RDD is a flat fee that varies depending on the property, and it is clearly stated on our website and in the rental agreement,
  • The RDD must be paid in full prior to check-in, and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit if it is not paid in full by the due date.

Our guest app provides you with all the perks and information you need, such as:

  • Access to a wide variety of offers and deals available during your stay,
  • Connect with our 24/7 Live Concierge team for any questions, maintenance requests, special requests, or assistance during your stay,
  • Itinerary, activities, and reminders to make the most of your vacation,
  • Wi-Fi network details, property address, driving directions, gate code, and door codes,
  • Share your experiences and feedback with us, helping us continually improve our services for future guests.
