A beautifully decorated home with a comfortable feel! Up to 18 guests can enjoy the accommodation of its suites and rooms.
Guests will be wowed as they enter the property, they will be greeted by its charm and open feel. The traditional dining room seats 10 and the living room offers plenty of comfortable couch space. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, it features a breakfast bar that seats 4. This area makes for a homey space, decorated in warm earth tones.
In the back, there is a large screened patio with private pool and spa, there's lots of seating space for dining and a grand open view. There is a game room with a large pool table.
Along the hallway is a shared ensuite Full-Bathroom with double sinks and glass-enclosed shower, it is connected to the first bedroom with a QueenSize bed. There is also a traditionally furnished Grand Master bedroom with special access to the pool and patio area, fit with a KingSize bed and a spacious ensuite Full-Bathroom, containing his and her sinks and both a glass-enclosed shower and large bathtub.

Moving on to the second level, guests will find the loft with a spectacular Smart TV, furnished for only the best of movie nights and entertainment. The Master Bedroom is modernly furnished with a QueenSize bed and includes an ensuite Full-Bathroom. A bedroom fit for kids in a Star Wars theme features two twin over twin bunk beds, and connects to another bedroom in neutral tones with two FullSize beds through a Full-Bathroom with double sinks and bathtub shower. In a similar setup, there is another two bedrooms connected through a Full-Bathroom with double sinks and glass-enclosed shower. One of the bedrooms is furnished with two TwinSize beds in clear tones, and the other features another two TwinSize beds with a Mickey theme. Also, there is a laundry room with Washer/Dryer.

• We charge a refundable damage deposit of $400. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire House during your stay. That includes all 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.

We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.

We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

   If you have your own vehicle, Champions Gate Resort provides ample parking spaces for guests. Simply follow the signs within the resort to locate your designated parking area. Please ensure that you adhere to any parking regulations to avoid any inconvenience.

   Within Champions Gate Resort, you'll find various amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, and recreational areas. These facilities are typically within walking distance from our vacation home. Please refer to the resort map or inquire at the resort's front desk for specific locations and operating hours.

3. Local Transportation Services: if you prefer to explore the surrounding area or visit nearby attractions without driving, there are several transportation options available:

• Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.
• Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.
• Public Transportation: The public transportation options in the area may vary. We recommend checking with the resort's front desk or conducting a quick online search to find out about bus routes, schedules, and fares, if available.

1. Rental Cars:
   If you didn't bring your own vehicle and prefer the convenience of having a car at your disposal, there are several car rental agencies located nearby. You can arrange for a rental car prior to your arrival or inquire us for assistance in finding a suitable rental service.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
