✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $400 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

- **Anonymous**: "This home was beautiful, but the pool was small. The Jacuzzi was not warm or heated. I didn’t like that you had to pay to get the pool heated or the Jacuzzi heated. I don’t think that 17 guest will be able to fit. It was not a lot of appliances to use for a large family. We did not have access to the waterpark that is advertised in the pictures. It also has a light fixture hanging in the kitchen. The front door was extremely hard to get in. It also was hanging at the top of the hinge. The twin size beds were hard. When trying to communicate, it was like I was talking to AI. Could not travel through the community because we didn’t have access through the gate. It’s a very small community that is being built. We would have liked if the home would’ve came with more games or books. It was close to Disney. The shopping centers was very nice. The restaurants was also close in proximity." (6/5)
