This 5-bedroom townhome at Windsor at Westside is designed for big groups. The star of the show is the Minion Dorm, featuring a bunk bed AND a trundle that sleeps 4 kids together—perfect for cousin sleepovers! While the kids dominate the upstairs game loft, adults can relax in the downstairs living area or by the private screened pool.

Step inside to an open-concept main level where everyone can spread out. A sleek chef’s kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and a large island opens to the living room and dining area, so cooking, chatting, and movie nights all flow together. Our rental is conveniently situated close to Orlando's world-famous attractions. Walt Disney World is just a short drive away, making it easy to immerse yourself in the magic of Disney. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other popular destinations are also within easy reach.

For your convenience, having a car is recommended to explore the area at your own pace. Rental cars are readily available at the airport and throughout the city. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also widely used and offer flexible transportation options.

The resort is located near major highways, providing easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Whether you're heading to theme parks, shopping outlets, or exploring local gems, getting around is straightforward and convenient.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
