Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

- **Anonymous**: "Our family of five stayed here for three nights. We checked in late on the first night and found the back patio door would not lock. I messaged them right away and asked for it to be fixed first thing the following morning. Unfortunately, despite them telling us somebody was coming to fix it, no one ever did- even after multiple requests. I shared how unsafe it was not to be able to secure the home that we were staying in with our children and they tried to reassure us that it was a gated community but unable to lock the door was a major dissatisfier.

Overall, communication was good and the condo is a comfortable space for a family of five, but there are no additional amenities in the house such as beach towels, etc. It is stripped bare and lack those extra little touches that you find when a home is owned privately versus being managed by a company." Tive q deixar um calção de 200 dólares para eventuais problemas, oq achei ruim essa prática, mas como nao tive nenhum problema este valor foi estornado!

Outra observação é q a distribuição da água estava com problemas, se ligava uma torneira não tinha água no chuveiro, se ligava o chuveiro faltava água na pia, e somente uma coisa funcionava por vez !
