After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay. ✦ Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported. At the property manager, we’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs during your stay—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. We have full-time handymen, managers, inspectors, and housekeeping staff available within our company schedule to support you. Parties or events that exceed the allowed guest count or disturb the peace are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and fines. 🔐 Identity Verification & Rental Agreement: After booking, the primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement and submit a verification form, including a government-issued ID and a selfie. These steps must be completed immediately after booking. Failure to fulfill all requirements will result in denial of access to the property and no refund.
