The small, peaceful, gated community of Tuscan Hills is on the US27 in Davenport and is close to Disney World, Universal and all other Orlando attractions and theme parks. Highly recommended themed villa with its own games room as well as a private pool and spa. Community facilities include a clubhouse with a gym and games room, a kiddie’s outdoor play area and tennis and volleyball courts. Shops, restaurants and fast food outlets to please all tastes and budgets are within a couple of miles.

Upon entering, guests will discover an open-plan space featuring a dining-living area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with an island and stools. The villa's modern design, accented with black, gray, white, and yellow tones, creates a refreshing and welcoming atmosphere. Glass sliding doors lead to a private patio and pool, where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves after a day filled with activities.

The villa boasts four beautifully decorated bedrooms:

Ground Floor Bedroom: A gorgeous Mickey Mouse-themed room with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower. This room also offers direct access to the pool.

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

Das Haus war insgesamt sehr schmutzig: dreckige Teppiche, klebrige Oberflächen, Schmutz und Rost in den Bädern sowie Verpackungsreste im frisch bezogenen Bett. Die Mülltonnen waren bei Ankunft voll und wurden trotz Zusage nicht geleert.
Zusätzlich wurde der Zugangscode zum Tor geändert, ohne uns rechtzeitig zu informieren. Erst nach über einer Stunde erhielten wir einen neuen Code. Die Kommunikation war insgesamt enttäuschend: Viele automatisierte Nachrichten mit Werbung für überteuerte Zusatzleistungen, aber wichtige Fragen blieben unbeantwortet. Dazu kamen zahlreiche Regeln und Gebührenhinweise, wodurch wir uns als Gäste nicht besonders willkommen fühlten.

They provided us with the incorrect gate code, and when we tried the number that was provided to contact their establishment, it was disconnected. We waited over half an hour before a response was given. The shower water began to smell like chlorine after 10 minutes of having it on and it had a generous amount of water that leaking after it’s been turned off. Unfortunately our car was towed on the day of checkout due to sideways parking not being allowed even though it was on the paved driveway, which was not stated anywhere in the house or towing rules they have listed. Upon speaking to the towing company on the HOA rules, multiple rules were not stated correctly or just not even included in their listing. Instead of reimbursing us for the fee to retrieve our vehicle they forawrded us Florida road laws that had nothing to do with the circumstances. Truly the worst experience by far." (2/5)
