In the back, there is a large screened patio with private pool and spa, there's lots of seating space for dining al fresco with BBQ and a grand open view. The garage also fits 2 cars!

The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. There are two different pool areas, the one located within the same gated area as the home has large water slides, a large kids water area and a walk in pool along with food/bar area. The second pool area the home allows access to is about a mile away and includes a pool, a more tame kids water area and a heated lazy river. The home itself was wonderful and spacious. It had necessities (detergent, trashbags, tp, etc) to start you off. There is not cleaner to wipe down counters etc, so you will need to bring that as well as washcloths and beach towels. Pans, large bowls, food storage, etc. are limited and there are no basic food items like salt and pepper provided. The home is near several stores though. At times there was a line of cars to get into the neighborhood which caused a delay so plan ahead. Overall we would definitely book again and you should too. Anything pointed out here is simply to help prepare you.
Communication was definitely 10/10. House was very clean & nice!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property!Our host Bruno was excellent with communicating! The overall process from booking, to checking in through checking out was smooth & easy. Will definitely book again!
