The resort is situated on Osceola Parkway and has a convenient access to the main Florida highways such as SR 535, I-4, 417, US 192, I-Drive, and Poinciana Blvd. The community offers a great amenity package including a state-of-the-art clubhouse for all the family to enjoy. Guests will find multiple sports courts, a children's playground as well as a resort-style swimming pool with splash park and water slides, an artificial beach, a restaurant and bar, a lazy river, natural trails and conservation areas, and activities such as a mini-golf and kayaking. This amazingly furnished townhome is great for families, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests within its two stories. The home opens up with a modernly furnished entrance, leading guests towards the main living areas arranged in an open-plan. The living room is a contemporary and comfortable area for guests to gather and relax. It is overviewed by the beautiful modern and full-equipped kitchen with island bar that seats four. The elegant dining room has an inviting atmosphere that seats up to 8 guests. Additionally, the ground floor features the first bedroom, that is modernly decorated with gold accents and furnished with a King size bed, and a shared full-bathroom along the hall with a shower glass box. Towards the back of the property is the private screened patio with pool and plenty of sitting/lounging space. The second floor features the grand master suite, with a KingSize bed and an en-suite bathroom with tub and double sinks. Along the hallway there is a laundry room with washer/dryer, a shared full bathroom with double sinks, and the other two bedrooms. The first is fit for wizards and furnished with a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed plus a FullSize bed, and the other bedroom has the same bed set-up but with an iconic kid's cartoon theme. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly.
