The Space This wonderful vacation home will gives guests a second to none experience in the Orlando area! Compass Bay is a well-known gated community in Kissimmee area that offers a relaxed and family atmosphere to its guests. Located on Poinciana Blvd. and surrounded by US-192 Osceola Pkwy, SR 535, Central Florida Greenway and I-4, its location makes it a strategic point within the Kissimmee/Orlando area to move around and explore all of the most popular theme parks and entertainment options that Orlando has to offer to its tourists. The community amenities include a heated swimming pool at the pavilion, and open areas throughout the community with playgrounds, gazebos and picnic areas. Unique cozy decoration motif based on navy, white and natural wood colors. This townhome is situated in the corner, which makes it very luminous. The main floor features a great room with living with HDTV 50 and dining area integrated to the full-stocked modern kitchen, and a half-bath close to the private one-car garage by the main entrance. The second floor on its rear view features a master bedroom with a KingSize bed with HDTV 40 and an en-suite bathroom with soak tub. Along the hallway there is a second bedroom with QueenSize bed and HDTV 40 and private bathroom with soak tub. On the front side there are two more bedrooms with TwinSize beds and HDTV 40 each. The washer/dryer area is also in this floor. Comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns. We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
