Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are treated with professional disinfectants, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap and dried at high temperatures. Our cleaning team uses gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, and a pre-arrival inspection ensures that all high-touch surfaces are sanitized once more. Every detail is attended to so that you can relax and enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. - **Anonymous**: "We had a mixed experience. The home is spacious with a great layout, plenty of pantry space, a nice outdoor area, a private pool, and convenient access to the clubhouse. The quiet cul‑de‑sac location and easy parking were also big positives.

However, communication felt impersonal and unclear, especially regarding the extra cost to heat the hot tub—which still never got truly "hot" even though we paid extra for it. During our stay we noticed one bed was missing a blanket and a sliding door that was hard to open. When messaging the company we got automated responses back and nothing was done to help. The washer and dryer was also very inefficient, the pleather kitchen chairs were falling apart, and the kitchen was also missing a few basic items like an ice cream scoop, can opener, and coffee filters.

Overall, the property has strong potential thanks to its size and location, but clearer communication and some maintenance updates would significantly improve the stay." (8/5)
