After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

The home was beautiful; however, there were several serious safety concerns. There is a back door by the pool that leads directly to the street, making it easy for anyone to walk in. I was told this is common in Florida, but as a woman traveling with children, I did not feel safe with that setup. Another major concern was when maintenance entered the property unannounced. My husband had to stop him and ask who he was, and he did not initially provide his name, which was very alarming. Additionally, when my family and I returned to the home, we noticed that our belongings, which we had left by the pool, had been moved to the side. I did not appreciate anyone entering the property and handling our personal items without permission. I reported these issues to Wonder Vacation, and they stated they were not aware of the situation and advised me to report any unusual activity, which I did. Fortunately, I had two men with me. One of the kitchen appliances had mold inside. Everything else👍🏼
