The clubhouse features a lazy river, putting green, a playground, a splash park, a resort-style swimming pool, a tiki bar with a miriad of popular cold drinks and delicious snacks, and a volleyball court. There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community. Strategically located in the Kissimmee area, it has easy access to major Florida highways, such as SR 535, I-4, and US 192. Guests can take advantage of its short distance to explore nearby shopping, dining, many nature trails, conservation areas, and entertainment options too... Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and much more!

A magnificent two-story townhome combines elegant furnishing with traditional architecture. This property is an ideal vacation home for a family or group of friends. Comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests.

The ground floor features a bedroom with a KingSize bed with 55 Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with Two TwinSize Beds and 29" Smart TV. The living room with a 55 Smart TV w Surround Sound Speakers Available is integrated with a fully equipped Kitchen and the dining area. There is a full bathroom too Equipped w Glass Doors. Also, there is a washer/dryer room in this floor.The family area faces the private pool in a relaxing screened lanai.

On the upper floor there are the other 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a KingSize bed, en-suite bathroom and 55 Smart TV, one bedroom with a Twin-Over-Full Bunk bed plus FullSize Trundle , and the last bedroom with QueenSize beds.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

✦ Age requirement:
You must be 21 or older to book with us.
