You’ll find the essentials: range, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge, coffee maker, blender, and toaster, plus plenty of cookware and dinnerware. The adjacent dining table seats six comfortably for shared meals.

Your screened courtyard is perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing dip after the parks. The private plunge pool includes loungers and a small table set, enjoy the Florida sun in total privacy without leaving home.

Our rental is conveniently situated close to Orlando's world-famous attractions. Walt Disney World is just a short drive away, making it easy to immerse yourself in the magic of Disney. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other popular destinations are also within easy reach.

For your convenience, having a car is recommended to explore the area at your own pace. Rental cars are readily available at the airport and throughout the city. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also widely used and offer flexible transportation options.

The resort is located near major highways, providing easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Whether you're heading to theme parks, shopping outlets, or exploring local gems, getting around is straightforward and convenient.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

✦ Age requirement:
You must be at least 21 years old to book with us.

We have full-time handymen, managers, inspectors, and housekeeping staff available within our company schedule to support you. Please report any issues as soon as possible, so we can dispatch our team promptly and keep everything running smoothly. Don’t wait, as delays can impact our ability to assist during business hours.
